You are not broken.
And you don’t have to push through symptoms or figure this out on your own.
With the right guidance, meaningful improvement is possible — at any stage of life, whether or not pregnancy is part of your story.
Do these sound familiar?
You leak when you cough, sneeze, laugh, exercise, or even pass gas
You feel pressure, heaviness, or a sensation like something is falling out
You notice an abdominal bulge or “pooch” that doesn’t go away, no matter what you do
You deal with constipation, straining to empty, hemorrhoids, or stool leakage
Running, jumping, lifting, or certain workouts bring up symptoms—or fear of symptoms
Sex is painful, uncomfortable, or something you push through even when it doesn’t feel right
You struggle to feel pleasure or reach climax and quietly wonder if something is “wrong” with you
And beyond the symptoms themselves:
You were cleared at 6 weeks postpartum but left without real guidance on how to return to exercise or intimacy
You don’t fully trust your body yet, and that lack of confidence affects how you move and show up
You’ve tried online programs or random exercises that didn’t help—or made things worse
You want support that fits real life, not pressure, perfection, or endless guesswork
If any of this resonates, your body isn’t broken or failing.
It’s asking for the right kind of support.
Healing your pelvic floor and core isn’t about doing more, pushing harder, or guessing your way through symptoms.
It’s about understanding your body, rebuilding trust, and strengthening in a way that supports real life—not just exercises on a screen.

I became a pelvic floor physical therapist because I care deeply about women’s health.
I built this practice because I saw how women's were being not just missed, but dismissed.
Through my pelvic floor struggles years before ever becoming a mom, my own pregnancies, C-sections, and postpartum recovery, I experienced diastasis recti, prolapse symptoms, back pain, and painful sex. What stood out most wasn’t just the physical symptoms — it was how little support existed for me as a person. Once my babies arrived, the care was focused solely on them, and I felt like moms were expected to fade into the background. Even before kids, the care felt clinical and transactional — focused on fixing a body part, not supporting a human being navigating real life, real emotions, and real change.
I wasn’t asked how I was feeling or how I was coping. No one asked what I needed or how they could support me. I was expected to heal while exhausted — showing up for everyone else while running on an empty tank.
There was no guidance on how to care for myself while also managing a home, a marriage, a family, and the mental load that never turns off. Healing was treated like something that should happen quietly in the background, instead of something that deserved real support.
That gap matters. This is what shaped the way I care for women today
As a pelvic floor physical therapist, I bring clinical expertise and years of experience working with postpartum bodies. As a mom, I understand the emotional weight, the vulnerability, and the questions most women don’t feel comfortable asking out loud.
In this space, nothing is too awkward, too personal, or “too much.” Pain with sex. Body changes. Fear of movement. Grief, frustration, or shame — it all belongs here. I want to know your story, not just your symptoms. I want to know YOU.
My role isn’t to hand you a generic plan. It’s to listen, guide, and support you with a clear, individualized approach that respects your body, your life, and your goals — so you feel seen, heard, and confident moving forward.
You deserve care that goes deeper than exercises. You deserve to feel supported every step of the way.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. Whether you’re dealing with leaking, pressure, pain, or core weakness, there’s a personalized path forward designed for your life and your body.
