About Dr. Mandi!!Â
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Exercise Specialist with nearly two decades of clinical experience, and the last 9 years dedicated specifically to pelvic health. I’ve completed over 20 advanced post-doctoral trainings in pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic floor rehab—and I bring that depth of expertise into every client interaction.
But beyond the credentials, I’m also a mom—of two very active boys born via cesarean. I’ve personally navigated prolapse, painful intimacy, diastasis recti, and the emotional struggle of reconnecting with my body after birth. I understand the physical and mental toll postpartum can take, because I’ve lived it.
My own recovery journey fuels my passion for helping other moms feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies again. This work isn’t just my profession—it’s personal. And I’m committed to constantly learning, evolving, and sharing everything I know so you can feel seen, supported, and successful in your healing too.
