Helping moms improve their pelvic floor symptoms and postpartum confidence by raising the bar on the care that moms receive! It is my goal to customize a program that works for YOU, not try and fit you into a cookie cutter program that doesn't take your specific needs, lifestyle and goals into consideration!

My "no guess work" approach allows you to spend your time focusing on the things that actually move the needle forward toward your goals ... instead of trying to do all the research on your own and not knowing what information to trust and what information to throw out the window! Postpartum recovery is so much more than just exercise; I dive deep into teaching you everything you need to know to help manage your pelvic floor concerns to live a busy active life with your family. 


You have access to talk to directly to me to ask all of your questions, as well as handouts, videos, check ins, accountability, and so much more!! I  provide one-on-one guidance to help you find your confidence again!


Customized Workout Program

This program focuses on safe and effective pelvic floor, core and full body exercises to create a loving relationship with your postpartum body, and to improve symptoms of dysfunction that many moms experience after having children. I use my proven 3 step MSO method to take you through each phase of your healing journey where we address your mobility and stability to optimize total body health and function. I combine exercises that target common concerns of the mom pooch, cesarean shelf and flat butt syndrome all while providing you with the tools to feel more energized in the daily hustle of mom life. The ultimate goal is to love your body where it is in this moment, while progressing your strength to allow you to love and feel confident with what your body can do, and with the woman you see in the mirror. 


Accountability, Support & Encouragement


The Strong & Thriving Mama Method meets you where you are, be it 12 weeks or 12 years into motherhood! I know all about the chaos and stress of a busy mom life, and how things can be overwhelming. It can be hard to even know where to start!

This program provides you with support and guidance each step of the way; I hold your hand and take you through each of the steps that you need in order to find your happiest, healthiest self in a way that is sustainable and practical to the life of a busy mom. You will receive accountability through weekly check ins, M-F support via text message, and intermittent 1:1 video calls to assess your progress and customize your goals.  



Managing Your  Mama Mindset 

I am a busy mama too. I understand how hard it can be to keep all of the balls in the air at the same time. It can feel overwhelming to try and figure it out on your own... some days it feels like you need a magic wand just to juggle the load of maintaining work, a family and a home! Working with me, you will learn how to juggle the physical and emotional demands of motherhood. In order to be successful, you have to learn which balls will break if you drop them, and which balls will bounce. It often feels like there is too much and you can't keep up, and I am here to help you navigate that and support you through your journey so that you can reach your postpartum and pelvic floor goals. The mental load of mama life is no joke, and having guidance on how to navigate is imperative in your success!

About Mandi!! 

I am a postpartum virtual health coach and certified pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialist, and nutrition coach. AND a Doctor of Physical Therapy with extensive specialized training in pregnancy, postpartum and pelvic health.  

I have 2 very active kiddos myself, and recovered from my own pelvic floor dysfunction and postpartum struggles after each childbirth! Both of my kiddos were born via cesarean, and I struggled with prolapse, painful intimacy, diastasis recti AND with feeling confident in the way my body looked after kids! 

I nerd out on all things mama life and postpartum, and am constantly learning and growing so that I can share my knowledge with you. I have been in your shoes, and not only do I have a unique skillset to help you in your journey to recovery, but I have LIVED IT myself! I am a walking success story of where you can be too! 

How long is the coaching program?

It depends on YOU and YOUR goals! This program is fully customizable to your life and your needs. The best way to determine what is best for your is to complete and application so I can call and speak with you directly and get a better picture of what you would like to achieve. To give a general guideline, most moms require 3-6 months to achieve their specific goals of improving their pelvic floor function, optimizing their core muscles and finding confidence in their body after babies! This includes what your body DOES and how you feel about how your body LOOKS! 

What does it cost to work with you?

Since each program is personalized to YOUR goals,  it's best if we hop on a quick call to discuss your specific desires. Rest assured that I have a few options that best fit your needs;  I will work with you to figure out what plan best fits into your financial situation. The moms I work with place a lot of value on this high quality approach, with one on one personalized care.  I will give you the very best of me, and if you give yourself the best of you too, you will be sure to get results!! You may even be eligible to use your HSA card to cover part or all over your program!


Is this just for pelvic floor, or can I work on other goals too?

My goal for you is to address all of the concerns that you have! We focus on your main priority first, and once we have a good handle on that, we can branch out to your other goals too! This may include things like weight loss, toning your muscles, nutritional guidance, and maybe even some specific fitness goals like running a 5K! This is personalized to what YOU want for yourself. 

How do you make my program personalized?

At the beginning of your program, we hop on a zoom and go over all of your goals! Together, we establish a plan that fits in YOUR life to make that happen. Throughout your time with me, you are able to connect with me for weekday text support, as well as a weekly progress check in and intermittent video calls to adjust the plan as needed. 

What do you consider postpartum? 

Once postpartum ... always postpartum!!  I have seen moms make pelvic floor improvements from immediately after having babies into grandmotherhood!! Curious if this is a good fit? Let's chat!!!
